At The Store Vancouver, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. Please review the details of our shipping process below.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our international warehouse in China.
Delivery times reflect international shipping and may vary depending on carrier processing and seasonal demand.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time does not include delivery time.
If we experience an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the total estimated delivery time is:
Canada: approximately 9–15 business days
This estimate includes:

4. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to customers in Canada.
Customs & Import Taxes
All orders shipped to Canada are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means:
✔ You will not be charged any additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.
✔ All such costs are covered by The Store Vancouver.
No unexpected charges will be applied upon delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders to Canada.
Any active promotions or offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
Please note:

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your parcel.

Some carriers may show limited or delayed tracking updates.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses, undeliverable packages due to address errors, or re-shipping costs for orders returned to us for these reasons.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
If a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution. When available, you may also use your tracking number to contact the carrier directly.
